Susanna Lee Pelfrey, 73, of Huntington, WV, passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2022, in Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 pm Monday, March 7, 2022 at Chapman's Mortuary, Inc., Huntington, with Pastor Jeff Garrett officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens Barboursville, WV following the service. Susanna was born May 25, 1948 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late William Henry and Anna Mae (Snyder) McCreery. In addition to her parents, Susanna was also preceeded in death by her son Michael Pelfrey, and a grandson Michael Corey Sutphin. She was a homemaker. Survivors include: daughters, Carrie Lara (Ricky) and Dee Dee Boley (Mark); brothers, William H. McCreery Jr. (Carolyn), Daniel McCreery (Pauline), and Jeffrey McCreery, grandchildren; Jacob Pelfrey, Krystal Nixon, Nathan Graves, Anna Lara, Nikki Hardesty, Enrique Lara II, Nicholas Pelfrey, Brandy Boley, Dakota Stover, and Kyle Stover. Great-grandchildren; Ashtyn, Jacob, Mikey, Jason, Sophia, Trevor, Peyton, Moriah, Kole, Jack, and Rylah. And her life partner, David Hill. Friends may call from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday, March 6, 2022 at Chapman's Mortuary, Inc. She will be missed by her family, her friends, and all that knew her.
