Thomas Patrick Dougherty, 66, of Huntington, WV, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2022,at his residence. Thomas was born January 28, 1956 in Elizabeth, NJ a son of the late John and Margarite Burke Dougherty. He retired from the Army Corps of Engineers after serving in the Army as a captain. He held degrees in Geology and Management as well. Survivors include: his wife, Connie Dougherty; an aunt Margaret Mary Burke and an uncle Bill Burke; as well as several cousins.
