William Daniel Cullum, 65, of Proctorville, OH, husband of Sheila Kay Perry Cullum, died Monday, December 6, 2021 at his residence. He was born September 28, 1956 in Huntington, WV a son of the late George Richard Cullum, Sr., and Welba June Ward Cullum. William had a sister, Georgeanna Black that also preceded him in death. William was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Viet Nam Era, and was a former plant manager for Cemex Kosmo Concrete in Charleston. He was a member of the Wayfarers Motorcycle Club, an avid photographer, and liked gardening. In addition to his wife, survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Shawnette and Scott Blatt of Huntington; a son, Kevin Cullum and his fiancé, Stacey Raines of Huntington; five grandchildren, Casey Cullum, Emily Blatt, Makayla Cullum, Lindsey Blatt, and Grace Childers; two brothers and a sister-in-law, George Richard Cullum, Jr., and his wife, Milana Cullum of Barboursville, and Gary Cullum of Huntington; and several nieces and nephews. A celebration of life visitation will be held 4:00-7:00 pm Friday, December 10, 2021 at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, WV. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.chapmans-mortuary.com.
